The decor of this historical eating house helped set the scene, with it's cinematic theme.The staff are friendly and grateful to their clientele during this pandemic.The food was large quantities and we'll presented. It was a fine experience

Very home style and comfort food. Mexican style breakfast dishes were creative and made with fresh in-house salsa. Very busy but excellent customer service. Overall my dish was okbut I would go back to explore other options from there vast breakfast menu.

Ladies are always on point with refills. Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Note: you can ask for half and half of beans and potatoes with your breakfast.

Great food and friendly service. The $$ indicator is misleading. A bit pricier than I thought it would be but not too much. Service is pretty fast once you are seated.

Stopped for breakfast at Harlow’s cafe. The food was amazing and the service was fast and super friendly. A great local hole in the wall :) Glad we found it and would highly suggest to visit.

You must visit Harlow’s for breakfast. Though somewhat pricey, you will be filled to the brim. Great signature dishes. This place has been here for about 40 years, I think that is what I heard. The waitresses must do well, as many have stayed for years, and are happy workers.

It was busy on a Friday morning. Was originally planning to go to other breakfast spot but parking was too complicated. So we looked for alternatives. Harlow's Cafe was nearby. Has some history there and it's family run. It's busy- cafe-diner feel with wood paneled walls and old Hollywood photos made for cozy surroundings. I am glad we found it because my Beef Green Chile breakfast burrito which came with potatoes and sour cream, was just what I wanted, (I wish it was a tiny bit bigger serving though). My friend ordered Ollie's breakfast with French toast bacon and eggs. We were both happy with our selections. I was craving a pancake or waffle but at almost $5 for one, didn't seem like it would be add-on size or price, so I skipped it. Service was great. They also serve lunch and dinner. Will definitely go back.^^

We stopped here on a whim while on family vacation. We were starving, and Harlow's didn't disappoint with the portion sizes! The French toast, Maximilian eggs, and Pancakes were yummy! The service was friendly and quick. We instantly felt like locals. So glad we came here!

This great local breakfast spot has been tried and true. The food is a far cry from a $100 brunch in the crown room, I commonly refer it to trucker fuel. Heavy potatoes, eggs and meats, but it's good. I always go with the Tom's mix side sourdough. Very filling and delicious. Decent coffee. The food comes out faster then a bowl of cereal.

Service and food is always great, even on the lunch rush. Couldn't decide between a BLT, a patty melt and the popular Maximilian eggs. The hash browns were perfection, the whipped egg was delicious, the whole dish was fabulous.

Looked up a breakfast spot here in Tempe and when I tell you the service was EXCELLENT!!! Huge portions and as my Husband says “THE BEST BISCUITS AND GRAVY EVER” bacon strips big as your arms!!! Definitely coming back! I’m driven past here so many times. Never again will I just pass by. The owner was the friendliest as well.

This was the most amazing and welcoming experience I’ve had at a restaurant in my entire life. The staff was so accommodating. Absolute no wait time we went on a Sunday afternoon and got to choose our seat. I accidentally ordered my fiancé the wrong drink while he was in the bathroom and they gave us a replacement free of charge: the owner also came and gave us free drinks after our meal! He was so nice and made us feel at home. I will definitely be coming back!

This place was beyond great. Delicious food, pleasant speedy service, and a homey feel :) Also, what really set this place over the edge of greatness was the (who I believe was) manager. He made sure to ask us how our meal was and saw I was with my sister and 2 year old niece and he asked if we like muffins! He proceeded to grab us 4 fresh-out-the-over muffins for us. The best hospitality and something that warmed my heart and made us smile during these hard times. Will most definitely be returning.

Great service and tasty menu. Great breakfast joint. Ordered French toast and it was tasty and fresh. Homemade blueberry muffins were good. The wait staff was friendly and very efficient and prompt. Will definitely go back.

OMG these potatoes changed me for the better. These creamy biscuits and gravy was everything i hoped for . It took me and my mom 2 days to eat this!!! Extremely filling. I cant wait to go back

Best breakfast you will ever have and amazing service. They make an awesome gravy and hollandaise; out of this world. Make the time to go here!

You will be greeted by a friendly, amazing, attentive staff. The entire establishment is clean (including bathrooms) and the food is amazing. The menu is guaranteed to have something to tickle your fancy. If you ever find yourself arguing with your wife about where to eat, turn that frown upside down right here at Harlow's.

Fantastic breakfast, excellent Bloody Mary, really good service. It was busy, but we were seated right away, our server was super nice. The bacon is perfect.

This place has a seriously great diner atmosphere and food.

First let me say this one of few places that actually knows how to properly prepare eggs. Isn't it the worst when your eggs are still showing clear and runny undercooked whites? Not here. This place is a long time staple for us locals. Great pancakes, good gravy and crispy edged hash browns. The home made chorizo also good.

We decided to check out Harlows Cafe for breakfast. It's a quaint place with lots of regulars which were mostly older men. Service was good and the food was large portions and came out quickly. I went with the Cisco, which was 2 pieces of french toast, 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. The husband ordered the Pancho, which was 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and a sausage patty.
